The DN4000 — Parametric Equaliser and Delay

The Klark Teknik DN4000 is a two-in-one signal processor that combines fully parametric equalisation with precision audio delay in a single 1U rack chassis. Designed for system engineers, theatre sound designers, and live-sound professionals working with delay-stack PA configurations or time-aligned monitor systems, the DN4000 places two of the most critical tools in modern signal processing under one set of front-panel controls.

Parametric EQ and Delay in One Chassis

The DN4000’s parametric section offers full continuous control over frequency, Q, and gain across each band, delivering the surgical precision that defines a parametric topology. The delay section provides the resolution and range needed for arrival-time alignment across delay-stack PA, distributed-zone installations, and main-plus-fill monitor configurations.

Built to System-Engineer Specifications

System engineers building large PA designs need delay and EQ to behave predictably and to hold calibration. The DN4000 is engineered to the Klark Teknik tolerances that have always defined the DN-series — transparent audio path, conservative power and headroom margins, and the kind of long-term mechanical and electrical reliability that earns a permanent rack slot.

Designed in Kidderminster

The DN4000 is engineered at our United Kingdom facility, carrying the DN-series heritage into hybrid signal-processing territory without compromise.
